Bell County School District: At Bell Whitley we work closely with the Bell County School District on a variety of projects including Head Start.

Cabinet for Health and Family Services: The Cabinet for Health and Family Services is the state government agency that administers programs to promote the mental and physical health of Kentuckians.

Community Action Kentucky: The Mission of the Kentucky Association for Community Action is to build and strengthen the network of Kentucky's Community Action Agencies resulting in the improvement in the lives of the people we serve.

Community Action Partnership: The Community Action Partnership was established in 1972 as the National Association of Community Action Agencies (NACAA) and is the national organization representing the interests of the 1,000 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) working to fight poverty at the local level.

Corbin Independent Schools District: At Bell Whitley we work closely with the Corbin Independent Schools District on a variety of projects including Head Start

Cumberland Valley Resource Conservation and Development Council: The Kentucky Association of Resource Conservation and Development Councils is a nonprofit association of local citizens joining together for the common good to plan and implement projects that improve the quality of life for the people of the State of Kentucky. Improving the quality of life for all Kentuckians is the key goal of Kentucky RC&Ds. Our projects, developed at the local level, create positive impact upon the communities we serve. The association provides coordination of events and activities of interest to councils and provides a vehicle for technology transfer.

Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program: The Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc.—works hard to prepare the workforce of eastern Kentucky to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities of the new century's economy. EKCEP operates the JobSight network of workforce centers, where more than a dozen state and federal employment and training programs are gathered under one roof to meet the needs of eastern Kentucky's job seekers and employers.

Kentucky Career Center: Kentucky Career Center is a state and federal employment and training programs together under one roof to meet the needs of eastern Kentucky's job seekers and employers.KCC brings you all your career needs, all in one place, all for free.

Kentucky Housing Corporation: created by the 1972 General Assembly, is a self-supporting, public corporation of the Commonwealth of Kentucky administratively attached to the Finance and Administration Cabinet. A portion of Kentucky Housing's funds are derived from the interest earned through the sale of tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds. From these proceeds, Kentucky Housing has made homeownership possible for more than 82,000 Kentucky families. Kentucky Housing also operates through the receipt of fees for administering federal programs including rental assistance that makes safe, decent, affordable housing available to more than 27,000    low-income Kentuckians. Other programs additionally offered by Kentucky Housing include rental housing production financing, homeownership education/counseling and a variety of rental assistance, housing rehabilitation and home repair initiatives. Kentucky Housing works with many partners across the state, including lenders, government agencies, nonprofit housing providers, builders, real estate agents, community organizations and developers, to create affordable housing opportunities through an array of programs and services.

Kentucky's Head Start Association: Kentucky's Head Start Association works with Kentucky local Head Start schools to help meet the needs of Head Start children and their families.

Middlesboro Independent School District: At Bell-Whitley we work closely with the Middlesboro Independent School District on a variety of projects including Head Start and Early Head Start.

National Head Start Association: The National Head Start Association is a private not-for-profit membership organization dedicated exclusively to meeting the needs of Head Start children and their families. It represents more than 900,000 children, 190,000 staff and 2,500 Head Start programs in the United States. The Association provides support for the entire Head Start community by advocating for policies that strengthen services to Head Start children and their families; by providing extensive training and professional development to Head Start staff; and by developing and disseminating research, information, and resources that enrich Head Start program delivery.

Pineville Independent Schools: At Bell Whitley we work closely with the Pineville Independent Schools on a variety of projects including Head Start and Early Head Start.

Southeastern Association of Community Action Agencies: SEACAA exists as a professional organization that provides research and policy development resources, education and training to ensure progress toward the elimination of poverty and causes of poverty in the Southeast.

Whitley County School: At Bell Whitley we work closely with the Whitley County School District on a variety of projects including Head Start and Early Head Start.

Williamsburg Independent School District: At Bell Whitley we work closely with the Williamsburg Independent School District on a variety of projects including Head Start
